Take part in the Bedtime Boost Trial!

Researchers at Birkbeck, University of London, are looking for caregivers and their child to take part in the Bedtime Boost trial where you may be asked to change some of your child’s activities in the hour before bed.

The Bedtime Boost Trial is trying to find out whether bedtime activities can influence infants’ sleep and attention. If you live in London and have a baby/child from new-born up to 18-months-old, you can sign up using the link below!

If you are selected to take part in the trial, you may be asked to:

  • Make changes to some of your child’s activities in the hour before bed
  • Complete some online questionnaires about your child’s behaviour, development and sleep
  • Track your child’s physical activity and sleep using a Motion Watch and diary
  • Make two visits to the Birkbeck Babylab where your child will take part in some fun activities with our research team

All caregivers who sign up will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a £100 voucher. If you complete the trial, you will be given a £30 voucher and some other toys, games and thank you gifts for you and your child.
